• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically

3. Third-Party Services

forge. uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic Claude API: Processes your briefs to generate text content. Your inputs are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing.
• Google Gemini: Processes your image prompts to generate AI images.
• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. We never store your payment card details.
• SiteGround: Hosts our servers and infrastructure in data centres with enterprise-grade security.
• LinkedIn, Facebook, Webflow, WordPress: Only accessed when you explicitly connect these integrations to publish content.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by SiteGround. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. OAuth tokens for connected integrations are encrypted at rest. Payment information is never stored on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
